Also, you probably don't need me to point this out, but it seems like Mr. Keller has mischaracterized LtCol Vokey's statement. He says that Vokey told the judge he "continued to represent [Wuterich] since departing active duty." The words are close, of course, but they're taken out of context. Rather than saying anything about the continuity of his AC relationship with Wuterich, Mr. Vokey appears to be simply telling the MJ why he hadn't filed a notice of appearance. Incidentally, the fact that the military judge wants him to file a notice suggests that the relationship was, in fact severed. After all, why would he have to file a notice of appearance if he was still on the case?
