Maj Sip, what's Col Lou Puleo's number.
As best as I can tell, Keller relied on factual assertions based on a
transcript that isn't in possession of either the defense or CAAF and now the
government officials responsible for that transcript have not provided it to the
defense within a reasonable length of time after we requested it. Is that
accurate? If so, I think I should call Col Puleo and see if he'll
provide it to us.
