RE: Trial dates

Not good at all.

I have Judge trial starting on June 3 , which may go into the next week.

Judge trial starting June 13 for two days.

Trial with jury June 21-22.

July and August are not much better-if they are better at all.

Part of October appears to be open –at least for now.

We set trials every day in Virginia and calendars fill up very fast.

Give me a call at your convenience and I will be glad to share where we can try to squeeze it in.

I postponed my meeting with Dario and will probably see him in 2 weeks-at which time I will hope to push us toward settlement.

What is your availability in June? Would you please email me a few possible dates?

Rob,

See my email.

Just ignore it and I will talk with opposing counsel to confirm that it is the summons.

NO. I think that is his witness summons.

Just tell him to forget it.

Hi Pat:

I got a FedEx notice yesterday that is the package you are trying to send but it requires a signature for delivery.  Can you ask someone to call FedEx and change that to no signature required so they can drop it off during the day when they come by.  Otherwise I have to find a time to go to Rockville and pick it up from their depot.  Thanks.

Rob

Rob:

Good to talk to you.  I talked to Herb Rosenblum, our attorney in the 3D matter.  He said that because of the mediation that we have been involved in, we do not have a trial date.  So that means everything has been pushed back and you can stand down for the time being.  Thanks for asking.

Have a good summer and we’ll see where this thing stands in the Fall.

Pat
