When we spoke last week, you mentioned that Arrow was reorganizing and had hired a new GM whose first order of business was to straighten out Arrow finances. You mentioned that Arrow has significant un paid invoices by the US Government, and I offered you several solutions they could pursue to immediately monetize their invoices to include; getting their contract(s) added to the WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) system which allows for immed processing and payment of legitimate invoices, and / or factoring / processing their unpaid US Gov invoices with a company like RCA Capital, who would clear their backlog of invoices by using WAWF. As such, I would like a firm commitment by Arrow and the new GM on when the 3DGS open invoice will be paid. After numerous emails to provide additional information (with which 3DGS has complied) and conference call with Neal and Frank in Dec 2010, it was determined that the remaining outstanding invoice is due to be paid and yet 4 months after incurring the expense 3DGS has still not been reimbursed.
