Please read attached RFI, we are after raw materials to manufacture 500,000
pairs of boots. In the first instance what Arrow is seeking from you is
samples of your raw materials, then we will shoot for a trial run of 5,000
pairs of boots as per attached specs.
We require these samples of your raw materials with applicable certificates,
this will be independently tested, if you meet Arrows' requirements on
raw
materials, we are ready and open for negotiation's. We can come and visit
and view your operations, all we need is an invitation from you.
We look forward to a reply and speaking with you and or viewing your
operations.

Dear Mr.O'Neill,
Thank you for considering our Company for this project.
Upon studying the specifactions, we feel that there would be better options in finishing the required footwear item in either Taiwan
or South Korea, although we would have to carefully asses whether
our associates in these two countries could indeed meet the outlined
requirements while meeting the test standards established in the
Certificates . Another alternative would be to source the raw materials from the United States and thereafter have them shipped to China for assembly on CMT basis.
We
would like to know whether you could immediately courier to our
Shanghai office one pair of the given boots as a a physical sample
would be of great necessity as we liaise with our factories. Our
