Hello,

This is becoming tiresome. They just issued me a refund for this
order. Sorry guys. Does it matter at all that it took them a week to get
around to it? I really didn't expect the refund...

Thanks,
Erik Snyder

Killzone 3 on June 10, 2010. When I placed the order the price of the item
was $59.96 and it had a "Gold Box Coupon" for $3 off. The item shipped to
me on February 21, 2011. The lowest price that I saw it hit was $57.99
which I documented on November 5, 2010. With the "Gold Box Coupon" applied
it should have shipped for $54.99. It shipped for $56.96. So, they owe me
$1.97.

of transaction mistake. There is nothing in any of their documentation
which suggests that the Pre-Order Price guarantee wouldn't apply due to the
Gold Box Coupon. The lower prices that the product hit were never reflected
in the "Order Summary" as the guarantee promises either. They also reduced
the price again to $56.99 at the very end of the day on February 22, 2011 or
first thing on February 23, 2011, I didn't see it until well after midnight
on February 23, 2011 though...

order, all of the price changes and both the Pre-Order Price Guarantee and
the Gold Box Discount policies.
