Then you should draft supplemental provisions. We will be asking for a travel advance for all out-of-town cases. As for air travel, it's coach, unless we're traveling overseas. If client is in an overseas location, we require business class airfare on a carrier of the firm's choosing. Otherwise that language does not appear in the agreement. We are striving for uniformity in order to streamline processes. It costs us time and money when you do it yourself and it deprives the billing department of mission-critical information.
