Hope all is well. Had a target of opportunity for you.
We've just been given a bona fide offer for
purchasing a small part of my new company from a 3rd party out of the
US. You mentioned that your firm has done international deals like
that. In the interest of time and
overhead - would your company be able to handle the transfer of funds and
the stock agreement? We don't have anything setup and I want to make sure
that everything is done properly now, since I expect more financing later -
we're still raising more money and your offer is
still open. I need to make sure it is clean.
If this is something you can or want
to do? And more importantly if so what will it cost and is it
possible to pay your fees from the funds on the transfer?
