Haytham,

I sent your message forward but do not believe that it will be acceptable.
I believe that your client will have contracts well in excess of $100,000 to bid upon numerous times in the next 3 years- the first of which we hope will occur as soon as we are awarded our next contract.
Our previous proposal gave you a window seat at our contracts and the ability to bid on them. I hope that Mike reconsiders and settle on terms that both parties can swallow.

3D will agree to settle the case for $60,000.  $30,000 would be payable immediately and the remaining amount would be payable in two years but only in the event that the two companies could not find a contract to bid on.
