US v Wacker- MRE 304(d)(2)(B) notice



Good Morning Gentlemen,

Pursuant to MRE 304(d)(2)(B), the government provides notice of an additional statement of the accused, summarized as follows:

On or about October 2008, after giving a statement to NCIS, Capt Christopher Blosser contacted the accused and informed him about the sworn statement that he had given to NCIS, to include Capt Blosser's recollection of the accused's version of events that was given to Capt Blosser in the spring of 2007. The accused replied to Capt Blosser with words to the effect of "that's accurate, except that there was no digital penetration."
