I don't know any of them personally. I do know that LtCol Rowe screwed over a friend of mine in a DUI situation. Even after he went to a BOI, LtCol Rowe sent a letter saying that he shouldn't be promoted to Capt. The 3d MAW G-1 pulled it and had his new chain of command write it, because he is a good guy. The word I am getting is that LtCol Rowe is more of a follower than a leader, but has a very difficult time making a decision. Maj Natalie Trogus is an Combat Engineer Officer, she is married to the other Maj Trogus. The word from my friend is that she is a "meathead", not very smart, and will make her opinion and not change it. Don't know if that is a good or bad thing. I think an important question on voir dire is whether anyone has been a Uniformed Victim Advocate (UVA). Also, whether or not anyone has personal knowledge of a family member or friend who has been a victim of rape or conversely whether they know anyone who has been accused of rape. S/F Doug Douglas S.
