Thanks for the follow-up and I am sorry I have not gotten back to you. I am really of the opinion that this is a no brainer move for us. As I am sure you are aware relationships and trust are hard to "quantify" and Mr. Puckett is steadfastly loyal to the current company. It may be worthwhile if you are willing to do it to generate a report that shows the numbers as they play out to address investment and return. I am familiar with Tebano and Associates. I think that their Federal Employment law volume or statistics would be relevant and provide a baseline comparison for the growth potential you have been able to demonstrate. In sum, I need more meat on the bone for this to look attractive and unfortunately a straight set up is not going to get me there with him. One of the questions was why such a high initial cost when we have an existing website… We can talk…
