Lisa, Scott, and Diana,

In light of the new trial schedule (April 11-15), Haytham and I plan to be in Omaha on March 30 to meet with you and prepare for trial.  Please confirm your availability that day.  Thank you.

Lisa, Scott, and Diana,

We would like to set up a time to meet with each of you in Omaha about a week before trial begins in the Cynowa case.  Although we will meet with you individually, I would like to find a day that all three of you are available in Omaha so that we can be efficient in using our time.  Haytham Faraj, co-counsel in the case, will be joining us as well.  Please let us know whether you are available Saturday, March 5 or Monday, March 7.  If you have any limitations in your schedules on these two days, please let us know that as well.  Thank you.

As for the trial, it is scheduled to begin March 14 and will likely last about one week.  Lisa should plan to attend the entire trial.  Scott and Diana, at this time, I anticipate that you will need to be in Chicago in the time frame of March 16-18.  We will try to firm this up for you as soon as we are able and we will attempt to limit your stay in Chicago to one night.  Everyone should be prepared for the possibility that the trial will spill over into the following week.

Your attire in Chicago should be business dress; conservative and professional, and nothing flashy.  Scott and Diana, please pack as though you will be on the witness stand on two separate days (we will do everything in our power to avoid this, but sometimes the timing is out of our control).

When you come to town, I recommend that you stay at the Hotel Blake, as it is right next door to my office.  The number for the hotel is 312-986-1234.  Here’s a link to the web site: http://www.hotelblake.com/
