ok brother. understand all. the prices were never the issue. i just thought since the GCM did not take place that whatever the GCM price was would then be reduced and the BOI price would be on top of that. Doing it the way you are describing, also means to me that if somehow the BOI is cancelled then I still have to pay the 10K...just doesnt make sense..but I need you and your representation and expertise, so whatever it is, it is Please don't get me wrong...I appreciate the lowered price and more importantly y'alls generous patience in my slow payments.

I am sorry for my tardiness in responding. The best we can do on the BOI representation is 10K plus expenses. A BOI is normally 15k plus expenses. This has been difficult to sell to Neal because we still donât have the money from the first contract.

Iâll call you this evening to discuss. I spoke to Miner briefly yesterday. We will chat again on Monday.
