I took a look at the Sollicitation you sent us. The positive element is that the project is pin pointed and the technical requirements extremely well developed, which will allow us to go to our Chinese partners in confidence. However, with Chinese New Year's, we'll have to wait at least another ten days to make any kind of inquiry. I'll keep you posted on further developments.

Regarding the deal structure, I would advise to keep it to a minimum of three intermediate parties (including SAWA and yourself). However, it's still early to settle that angle. Let's see how this evolves.

I am sure Haytham has brought you up to speed on the Iraq project. I am also interested to know if your Chinese partner would be willing to JV with my company Teufel Hunden Enterprises to compete for the below bid. I have other JV partners and they would fit a nice component of the solicitation. The company is a U.S. service disabled veteran minority owned small business which provides a competitive edge in the solicitation and I have the ability to bring an Afghan company to provide on the ground support. Please let me know ASAP as to their interest so that we can discuss details.
