For the videos, the Video Consultation page is feeding directly from your YouTube channel. So as long as you upload your new videos there, it should show up on your site. We can setup a time to go over how to add individual videos from your YouTube account into your blog -- basically, the idea is that you want YouTube to do all the video hosting and serving (that's the heavy lifting) and leverage their service to show it on your site.
With the Wordpress back-end, you currently have the ability to manage and edit the entire site. However, some of the pages (like the attorneys page) is a little more complicated in design and will require someone with web design/development skills. Putting up new photos requires Photoshop skills and an understanding of FTP. If you have someone on your end that feels comfortable doing this, I'd be able to easily show them the basic setup of where everything is at and they can make all the updates from there.

Just a quick mechanical question: If we began shooting short "video blogs" or additional video answers to questions like we have in our "video consultations," do we have the capability on our end to post those either to the blog page or the video consultation page? If it's a question of being taught how to do it, I'm sure we could learn. One of the places we wanted to get to was the ability to create new pages and/or change any and all content at will, not just copy on some of our pages. We know we're paying you to host and manage our ad campaigns, but we'd like to graduate to 100% control of all aspects of the site, like putting a new group photo up when we get one in the coming weeks. Can we do that within the current contractual agreement we have with you, or do we need to modify the agreement or the relationship? Neal Neal A.
