Good Morning, Ladies and Gentlemen. Currently, I am working on some environmental issues that require me to travel to Sacramento and DC with very little notice. I discussed the possibility of an IMC request with my immediate boss, LtCol Tencate, and we feel that serving as counsel in this case would interfere with my availability to perform my responsibilities here more than we are comfortable. Therefore, at the present time, I am not reasonably available to serve as a DC in the Card case. If either side would like to discuss this matter any further, please give me a call at 725-5613.
