Check with your “Chinese connection” I am going to ping Russian side. I told her we would give her an indication by Monday. If your guys can’t square this we need to find our own source in China.

Hello Eric –
Do you know any companies that want to build an electric generation and distribution facility in southern Iraq? It need not be oil-fired, like you might imagine. Alternate energy (e.g., solar) is ok too. What I have is an opportunity to bid, with a reasonable assurance that the bid would be warmly received. It might also be non-compete, but I’d have to check. All costs of developing the bid are on the bidder, and the prime would be my contact. It is not a U.S. government procurement.
