Please confirm the date and time listed on the subpoena, and also let me know if there are additional things you would like me to request in the Rider for documents.

Once you give me the green light, I’ll finalize the subpoena and rider and overnight it along with the witness fee check for your office to serve on Mr. Carver. Thanks.
