Permission to Speak with Members of Maj Card's Family

Haytham,
Pardon me for being slow with this Reply to your earlier text message. All Marines aboard 21 Area CAMPEN have been experiencing troubles with the Server. This is likely resultant of the low-budget, NMCI-related problems with NIPR email services.

Anyway... Yes, for the duration of these proceedings, you have my permission to speak with the following members of my family, in regards to the Governments Charge of UCMJ Article 118 brought against me, as well as, plans relevant to our Defense against this Charge. The members of my family, to which I am referring are:
-Father, Edward T. Card, located in Roanoke, VA (540) 520-1248(m)
-Mother, Wendie Ellen Vale, located in Sarasota, FL at (941) 925-1427(h)
-Sister, Christina Card, located in San Fransico, CA at (415) 307-6247(m)

Thanks, Ted

Major Ted Card, USMC
Adjutant, I M.E.F. Headquarters Group

Ted, Please send the copy of the permission you sent to Haytham to me again because the e-mail you sent to me never arrived.

Ted, I feel so foolish calling him without knowing whether you gave your permission beforehand. I know the law,but when you gave me his number I thought you had communicated to him already about your parents and who they are.Now that you have sent your permission I don?t know whether to call him or just wait for him to call me again.

Please get back to me.

Mom
