I acquitted him of the spying. He was found guilty of making false
statements on the SF-86 and to the FBI.

I haven't gone back to the Amazon case primarily because I was engaged in
this trial.  I have a hearing today but should have sometime next week to
focus on the Amazon.  I'll be in DC for a week from 2-8 February.  Let's try
to connect then.
