God’s law is above you because it comes from your creator. Our constitution states that we have God given rights, that means that no man has a right to create laws that trespass on those rights. A judge a public office of a corporation which is a fiction in that it is man made. Therefore he has no jurisdiction over you UNLESS you consent. Terry gave consent 100% of the time and then he wonders why he is locked up. When the judge asked for Terry to stand, he stood. He just agreed that he is the ‘TERRY LAKIN Corporation’, the corporation formed when he was born and given a name which then created his birth certificate and his corporation. However, who is he? You can call him Terry Lakin but he is NOT Terry Lakin, that what he may allow you to call him but ask him if he is not a man living on the land, he will agree, then who is Terry Lakin? Well that is just merely a name that he permits people to call him by and not who he is. You say so what? Well who can identify Terry Lakin, I know Terry can try but not even fully identify himself and certainly not identify himself as Terry Lakin which is merely a name he goes by. If it sounds like splitting hairs I completely understand why you would dismiss this as non sense. I can’t undo a lifetime of indoctrination in 1 day let alone 5 minutes. In the last 18 months 4 people are walking the streets today that were locked up. Like Gordon who was released after about 9 years with $6 million in fines (both state and Fed) in 2008 with no restrictions, he is a free man, travels where he wants and has helped others to do the same. This is not a theory, it’s the law, it works 100% of the time no matter how corrupt the judge or the jury or the court marshal it works. That is not to say you won’t get abused by the corruption at time, that is very possible but the bottom line is you will win every time! And you will lose most every time that you use an attorney which just proves to the court that you agree that you are incompetent. Even though is a well educated Doctor he has agreed that he is not capable of handling his own affairs and has hired an attorney to help him handle his affairs. The attorney is an officer of the court! He has signed off to uphold the rules of the court so his elegance is NOT to Terry but to the court!! I pray God will give you the Wisdom to understand His Ways are not mans ways. .
