What's the down-low on Bell? Did he mention whether he wants to complete payment for a GCM and hire us? Inquiring bookkeepers and travel agents want to know. ;-) Neal A. Wuterich Gentlemen, Capt Frank, one of the witnesses in the Wuterich case is set to deploy with 1/5 as a company commander. Now that the case has been delayed, he will be gone during the trial. The Unit is requesting that we either: 1. Agree to take his testimony by VTC in April when we go to trail, or 2. Conduct a videotaped evidence deposition prior to his departure. The Government has no objection to either COA. Please advise as to whether you will accede to either COA, and if so, which is preferable. I have cc'd the 1/5 XO (Major Nelson) to this request for his situational awareness.
