Thank you.  FYI, the officer's last name is "Adrowski," as we have spelled
it.  For reference, see the report he prepared which is attached as Exhibit
E to the complaint.

1) I review the documents.

2) I inserted my signature and signture date into the Affadavit.  The
revised source document in MS Word has been renamed, saved and attached.

3) You should probably make this correction in both documents.  Officer
Robert Androwski's last name name was incorrectly spelled as Adrowski.
