ARRGHH!  NMCCA doesn't seem to understand that there was a break in Colby's representation of Wuterich -- which meant that part of Jones' findings of fact were clearly erroneous.  Let me try to put something together quickly to serve on CAAF.

Code 40 is in receipt of the NMCCA decision in the Review of Petition for
Extraordinary Relief in the Nature of a Writ of Mandamus in the case for Staff
Sergeant Frank D. Wuterich - NMCCA 200800183. Please be advised that the NMCCA
decision and the Petition for Extraordinary Relief are at this time transferred
to Code 40's Duty Driver for immediate delivery to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Armed Forces. Once delivery is completed, those copied with this
email will be advised.
