Mr. Faraj, I have not yet received a subpeona. I will let you know as soon as I do. 

However, I still have this conflict with the civil trial my employer is involved with commencing 10-15 Jan 2011. My employer and the company attorney are adament that I will be required here even after I indicated to them that this (Hamama) was a criminal trial and that I would be subpeonaed to appear as a character witness.  

I foresee a conflict that remains unresolved without some communication with the company attorney from someone other than me. Please advise. Thank you.
