Sorry for delay…working on a filing… 1) Website update task to completion cycle. - time to result 8 weeks unsat - content quality unsat (accuracy is absent) - ability to capture "user input" unknown - why the SME is not directly engaging contractor with requirement (even if adult supervision if required) creating inefficiency - overall quality of website (builder grade) 2) Google Ad Word Campaign (absent) - We have lost significant revenue not expanding into security clearance work and now fed ee - I have covered clearance work with BCNR stuff…but if given a choice clearance work is faster cleaner better money and can generate more income. We now have three attorneys in the pot to do the work and zero accession. If we have chosen to omit this business then so be it but this has existed since I came aboard. - We brought in a Fed EE expert to build a practice group…not just anyone…someone who is highly regarded around town with a robust contact network. Delaying an internet presence in this space for eight weeks has allowed competitors to grow their position over that same time, has deprived the pipeline of client accession and will negatively affect revenue and budgetary decisions. 2 months of lost revenue at minimum billable level is 72,000. As a former enlisted…sense of urgency on this issue seems absent. I know we are busy trying cases but we need a quick focus on paying the bills in way that truly pays the bills. 3) Attorney work product is not eligible for substantive comment by administrative staff. If the music stops right now lawyer is responsible. If lawyer spends the time writing something…maybe it should stay that way…just saying. 4) Please hire bookkeeper asap.
