Re: Case Inquiries

Frank,
CAAF has the appeal for review.  No word yet.
So we are still set for trial on 24 Jan for 3 weeks (2 weeks minimum).  Right now I do not believe that will move or continue or be changed.  But as you know, our guesses have been thwarted by agencies beyond our control before!  But my best advice today is not to plan on starting any classes that you can't miss during that time.  I don't believe we'll be going past normal working hours during the trial, but I'm not in control of that, either.  So it would be risky to plan to make classes at 1900 during the work week, just because we can't guarantee you'll be able to make it.
I know this doesn't help much, but it's the best answer I have for now.
S/f,
Neal

Neal,
Hope your Thanksgiving was nice! I had a huge feast with my girls and celebrated Melody's birthday at Magic Mountain Six Flags. She had a great time. She just turned 11... It's amazing to think she was only 7 when this case started!

I was wondering if there were any updates to the case or if everything is still scheduled as planned.  I'm assuming our request didn't make it very far at CAAF... I'm almost finished with this semester at school and am trying to plan for next semester which will start the week before the trial will presumably start.

I'll talk to you later,
Frank
