Wow, okay. Interesting turn of events. I wonder what that will do with his career. Would he be around Monday perhaps to talk with me about this if he’s ok with that?

The government agreed to drop the charges and go to NJP if he pleads guilty to negligent dereliction of duty for failing to properly supervise his Marines and SNCOs and a charge of fraternization for the MGySgt living with him. He accepted.
