Just because I'm a freak and never stop thinking about these things I wanted to tell you guys that I finally have the answer to Haytham's question he asked last time we were all together: What would it take for me to see entering House 2 as being okay.
Well, I think the answer is the empty washroom. Why would they frag an empty washroom (twice) if they were on a rampage? Why would Frank and Tatum frag an empty washroom at all unless they genuinely believed they were still engaged in hot pursuit. The empty washroom goes straight to Frank's state of mind. Why frag an empty room unless you think it's NOT empty?
I still don't have the answer to the back bedroom because Frank refuses to tell us what he remembers, but I no longer have moral or legal problems with entering House 2. They thought they were still engaged in a battle. The empty washroom is proof of that.
