The attached is the final motion against Bassam Hamade in your case. I will file this today to have the judge sign it. This will order the Sheriff to seize his property and to begin to sell it in order to satisfy the judgment that as you can see is up to $14,000. This includes attorney’s fees, interest and filing fees. I am not sure if he is hiding his assets. I’ll let you know what the Sheriff can come up with.
