He has not paid over half of the 15K GCM which BTW you so kindly moved the initial Art 32 payment (7,500.00 - which he didn't pay in full either) to apply to the GCM. He has only paid 7,000.00. He has had the invoice for the expenses amounting to $1368.35 since June and has not paid it. I fear he goes into trial on 30 Nov 10 and the outcome may not let him continue to pay.
