Gents,
The docket will not be published until Weds mid-morning. Right now I am planning on all MCRD cases going at Miramar due to the audio issues with the MCRD courtroom.
Both Ferguson (contested SPCM) and Vega (motions) are scheduled for Tuesday. Both cannot go at Miramar. It appears that the Vega motions will have to go at Camp Pendleton. Please advise if this will present a problem, and if so where the Vega case should go.
