Discovery Requests

Mr. Clark,

This is further to your letter dated November 8, 2010 whereby you request responses to the Defendants' first set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents.

Please note that we have not received any discovery request from you regarding the foregoing.  Please further note that we made a discovery request dated August 4, 2010 which has not been responded to and for which we have previously requested a response.

Please let me know when we can expect your answers so we can avoid the filing of a Motion with the Court.  Further, please send me your discovery requests via email.

Cordially,

Nick
