What is your availability that week? Scarselli: 3rd UCI motion by the Defense Sir, It appears that the government will need at least a week to look into the latest four allegations of UCI and respond. The defense has further requested the production of witnesses who are scattered between Okinawa and Kentucky and did not provide any contact information for these individuals. It will likely take the rest of the week to determine their availability, especially considering that two if not three of the individuals are civilians who were fired for misconduct, and may not have either local addresses or have left forwarding information. It should be possible to have responses to the court by 10 Nov. 2010. V/R Capt Gilinsky
