You can tell her that they are going to handle it administratively so that you have no conviction and no bad discharge paper work.  You will receive an honorable discharge and you will have no criminal record.  That's a pretty good result.

Gentleman,
On the PTA if my mom ask can we just tell her we went to court and they only charged me with that one? The reason is that she wants to keep fighting it to the end and I want the PTA. I would not care if I payed for it but she payed and want to have an input in all of this.
