I would think the fact he didn't get the promised price is a "loss". Similar, I suppose, to how that woman suffered a "loss" simply b/c her "new" car had been repainted before she bought it.

This is interesting. It could certainly be a case we can take on but where's the harm if he didn't suffer any loss. We need someone who actually suffered a loss, do we not?
