The easiest way to file the writ appeal once it's done would be to 
convert the MSWord document into a pdf.  I've put my electronic 
signature into the working draft.  Maj Sip, do you all usually use 
electronic signatures or put "/s/" in.  Neal and Haytham, do you have 
electronic signatures we can insert if the latter?
