RE: blyther fired

Thanks brother!

Christian, presume you will contact BLYTHER?

Oh and a quick side note to this...remember, in addition to the BECK and BLYTHER piece, SCAMMAN is still listed in the GAL as part of G-7/PMO (was he ever really relieved? Is there a FitRep to prove it? Maybe he is still influencing actions) and also, MONTES is still going through MOS revocation. Incredible! Ugh

Please have Blyther contact Ms. Debra D'Agostino at 703-706-0442. She is
our newest partner and handles wrongful termination -along with other
issues- from Federal Employment. If has a legitimate case, there is no one
better at fixing the situation.

I hear ya, Skipper. Well hopefully this along with the resolved BECK
situation ...along with the other aspects of our motion, are enough to
convince the MJ this time! S/F! R/ Maj Scarselli

Sir, Blyther told me that things were very different for him after he
showed support for you but didn't want to testify. There are no
coincidences.

last convo with him. Call you later. Have a great day. S/F! R/ Maj
