Subject: US v. Brito: rulings on motions

Sir,

Good evening. On behalf of my client Sgt Brito, the defense is respectfully inquiring as to what your rulings were with respect to the 1. Article 13, unlawful pretrial punishment motion to dismiss, 2. the UCI motion to dismiss and 3. the motion to dismiss the Article 92 charges based on the "nonprofessional relationship" term being vague and overbroad.

Thank you.
