PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your newly confirmed arbitration case is currently designated for electronic filing and service with our e-JAMS service. e-JAMS will allow you to file your documents with the assigned neutral and all parties on a 24/7, 365 day basis from any Internet connection. You can serve these same documents upon all necessary parties without any additional copy or mailing costs. e-JAMS allows you to expedite your filing and service at a fraction of the cost of paper handling. Documents are stored online for your convenience and securely for the entire duration of the case in a virtual archive.

To Activate and use your e-JAMS account, you must follow these three steps:

3. Accept your contact information and review the Terms and Conditions of Service.If your contact information is incorrect, please contact your local JAMS case manager.

You are only required to activate your account prior to your first use of the e-JAMS service. Subsequent cases will automatically be available for electronic filing and service upon set-up with a JAMS case manager.
