We invite you to attend the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section International Law Committee's CLE program on Nov. 18-19, 2010 in Tokyo, Japan. This program, which is also being offered in Seoul, South Korea, is a great opportunity to participate first hand in understanding how to plan for and manage cutting edge litigation involving Japanese companies.
