RE: QUESTION

The two years have been rough for the Favata family. Between $15K worth of funeral expenses and a rental property damaged so badly by tenants that we ended up losing the house, things have been tough. I've written to my creditors, and while some are understanding and willing to work with me, some are not. I fully anticipate being back on my feet within 12 months, but I'm concerned if someone calls the command to put increased pressure on me, I'll be charged with a failure to pay just debts, and end up in jail. I'm 3 years away from retirement, and I don't want to blow it over this craziness.

I made the command aware that there were issues way back when, but I'm getting that funny feeling...
