	Good Afternoon Sir,

My name is Joshua Hawk, I'm a former SSgt in the Marine Corps, discharged 12 July 2010 after serving 4 months in the brig, and serving over 12 years in the Marine Corps. Today I received a signed affadavit from the former prosecutor in my case, Major Robert Bueno, which i have enclosed. In the affadavit he details misconduct of the residing SJA of my case, who I know as Col. Smith, which is now the H&S BN CO, at MCRD San Diego. He goes into great lengths on how she handles cases and tries to coerece witnesses or attack their statements if it isnt what she wantes to here. Then goes after her attorneys and makes them do things not neccessarily up to par, to fulfil what she feels is right, which isnt the legal way. I feel based off of this my right to a fair trial was definetley infringed upon. I found this to be very disheartening, as did other people whom i have allowed to read, including my congressman. I love the Marine Corps and I love being a Marine, but I feel that the actions exemplified in this document aren't ones in keeping with the highest tradtions of the Marine Corps. I'm sending this in hopes that your office might look into the conduct of this Staff Judge Advocate, and ensures that she is appropriatley reprimanded. I have already began an appeal with the Naval Board of Corrections and logged a complaint to the Inspector General, but wanted to make sure I included you in this information so you are not back doored. Thank You for your time Sir.

	Semper Fidelis,

	Joshua Hawk
