Bethany, We've still got the tapes. Still haven't decided about that. Judge Jones's refusal to timely rule on our motion has us flustered. If he rules for us, trial will be delayed. If he rules against us, we're going to request a continuance to petition for an extraordinary writ. If he denies us a continuance, we'll ask NMCCA for a stay and probably get it. How is everything on the east coast? We finally have a semi-sunny day out here, first time in about a week that the sun has shown its face which is a refreshing change. I finished my TAP/TAMP classes and I am back over in the defense building. We had to move our office, a new defense counsel checked in and I was booted to the downstairs. It is actually kind of nice, much quieter and makes for a great environment to read. I have been cleaning and getting set up in an office adjacent to the conference room so we have a lot more room now.
Is there anything that you would like me to be working on? I have been spending the majority of my time reviewing statements, interview notes and testimony for the witnesses.
Would you still like me to review the tapes of Frank?
