Dear Mr. Clark:
We have a hearing date on October 19 in our case. I will be in trial in
San Diego, CA, next week and cannot be in court. Will you agree to a
continuance to the week of October 25. I am unavailable on the day of
the 25^th but available otherwise.
If you agree, I recommend we call into the clerk to set a new date. I
can of course call with your consent if you provide me dates you are
available.
Thank you
Best,
*Haytham Faraj, Esq.*
