CDR Matteuci:  request that you continue to work with the defense on this case.  The defense counsel associated with this case are Mr. Haytham Faraj and Capt Ryan Crosswell, cc-ed on this message.

CDR Carstairs:  Request that you work with government counsel.  Capt Day, also cc-ed, is lead government counsel and will contact you shortly.  He is currently in another trial so you probably will not hear from him before tomorrow morning.
