Well, you did bring up the pics to the command via the court martial process, as well as your statement about the DUI accident. The military judge and the prosecutors know about it. It's on them to do something now.

Sorry for e-mailing you over and over. can i just bring it up to the command here at 12th MCD? The pic's and the acceident. I just know what I can and can not do.
I just think that if the command is getting away with all this but punishing all the Marines when something happens but they are doing the same thing with us. That is messed up.
