Dear Haytham,
I am proud to announce that the NLD will be hosting a group of AAJ New Lawyers to be sworn into the United States Supreme Court on January 11, 2011 from 8:00am – 12:00pm ET. This is an amazing opportunity to appear in front of the "Big 9" and gain admission to the US Supreme Court!
Unfortunately we are limited to 12 slots this year so if you are interested in participating, please let AAJ know immediately. Each participant will only be permitted 1 guest in the Supreme Court. In order to be sworn in, you will need to prepare the following materials:
- A complete application & personal statement which can be found here
- A certificate of good standing, with a raised seal, from your highest state court
- A check for $200 made out to: AAJ’s New Lawyers Division – 777 6th Street, NW, Suite 200 Washington, DC 20001
