Sir & Ma'am, As a follow-up to our conversation in the hallway, LCDR Clady, I called the NEX and spoke to George Soria at (847) 769-6558. Mr. Soria is with the lost prevention unit. He stated that it was his belief that at least the x-box had a NEX sticker on it, and that none of the items had a Best Buy or other store's sticker. Jorge Zires, the NEX employee who actually handled the alleged incident told me several of the boxes had stickers when I spoke to him last month. He has since joined the National Guard, mobilized, and no longer works at the NEX, so I was unable to verify that with him. In light of that, I would ask that the larceny be removed from the Memorandum. As alleged, she returned goods to a store from which they were purchased.
